The Training Divisions is responsible for ensuring the new Probationary Troopers are trained, in an effective and careful manner. We are also responsible for the continuing education of all Troopers employed in the Highway Patrol.

Application Submission:
Submit an Application: We require you to fill out an application form. This form usually asks for personal details, roleplay experience, and reasons for wanting to join their department
Provide Details: Be prepared to provide a thorough application that showcases your understanding of the server’s roleplay standards and your ability to contribute to their law enforcement department.
Application Review:
Initial Screening: Departmental recruiters or hiring managers review submitted applications to ensure candidates meet basic eligibility criteria, such as age, in-game experience, and server rules adherence.
Shortlisting: Qualified applicants are shortlisted for the next stages of the hiring process.
Interview Process:
Initial Interview: Shortlisted candidates are usually invited for an interview. This may be conducted via voice chat or a text-based interview on the server’s communication channels. Questions often focus on the candidate’s role-playing experience, understanding of law enforcement protocols, and motivation for joining.
Scenario-Based Testing: Candidates might be asked to participate in role-play scenarios to demonstrate their decision-making skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and adherence to department procedures.
Classroom-based learning scenario that will cover many of the core competencies of any officer; report standards, CAD/MDT operations, de-escalation, building clearing, call responses, to much more. The finalization of this phase is after a written examination.
Serves as an observational ride-along where the Probationary Officer's primary objective is to observe the Field Training Officer's actions and reinforce the importance of radio etiquette, emergency motor vehicle operational skills, and equipment operations.
The final phase of the FTO Program serves as an observational period for Field Training Officers to objectively assess a Probationary Officer's ability to conduct their job duties without FTO assistance. The Field Training Officer will only intervene when necessary to ensure department or community policy is not violated, ensure the life and safety of citizens and officers, and when the Probationary Officer requests it. The finalization of this phase is after a written examination is successfully passed.
In the ever-evolving field of law enforcement, continuing education is essential for officers to stay current with legal updates, emerging technologies, and best practices. Our Continuing Education program is tailored to support law enforcement professionals in their ongoing development, ensuring they remain effective, informed, and capable of addressing the challenges of modern policing.
The Field Training Program is constantly looking for qualified Troopers to join our team of dedicated Training Officers (TOs). TOs are tasked with completing all three phases of the training program and ensuring all Probationary Troopers and Reserve Troopers meet the high expectations of the department.
Minimum Position: Master Trooper or Senior Auxiliary Trooper +
Minimum Membership Term: 30 days in the Highway Patrol
Consistent activity within the Highway Patrol
Clean disciplinary action record within the last 30 days (No 10-90/10-93s)
Adhere to all policies and procedures within the SAHP and TO Program Standard Operating Procedures.
